Shipping

We ship worldwide from our supply partners.

Dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of payment. You will receive tracking by email once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom. £5.99 standard tracked delivery, free on orders over £100. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. Please allow up to 21 days from the day you order.

International. We ship to the European Union at a flat £14.99, and to a further group of countries at a flat £23.99. That second group currently covers Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. The free delivery threshold applies to United Kingdom addresses only. International delivery takes longer than UK delivery, so please allow up to 28 days.

Import duties and taxes. For orders outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are payable by you and are not included in the price or shipping cost. These are set by your local customs authority and we have no control over them. We do not undervalue parcels or mark them as gifts.

Delayed or missing orders. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of you placing it, email admin@halstromvale.com with your order number and we will investigate.
