We ship worldwide. International delivery is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order, and is shown to you in full before you pay.

Customs, duties and import taxes on international orders
Prices on this website do not include import duties or taxes.
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee before your parcel is released. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and they are your responsibility to pay. We have no way of knowing or controlling the amount in advance.
Your carrier will normally contact you to collect any charges due. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because these charges are not paid, and it is returned to us, we will refund the goods less our outbound shipping cost and any fees the carrier passes on to us.
We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not understate their value on customs paperwork.
Where your parcel goes
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at admin@halstromvale.com and we will put it right. Photographs of any damage to the box and its contents help us resolve it quickly.
